Joshua C. Miller, Esq.
Green Bench Law was founded by USMC Veteran Joshua C. Miller, Esq., who began his mediation career in 2014 while he was living in Austin, Texas. In addition to his mediation practice in Florida, he continues to be fully qualified to handle private and court-ordered civil and family mediations throughout the State of Texas.
Mr. Miller attended Stetson University College of Law, earning his J.D in 2018. He first entered the practice of law as an Assistant Public Defender for Florida's 12th Judicial Circuit, representing underprivileged and indigent clients. He went onto practice law in civil litigation, learning and practicing on both sides of disputes. With a roughly equal amount of experience as a plaintiff’s attorney and civil defense attorney in first-party property, Mr. Miller brings a uniquely balanced perspective to mediations.
Mr. Miller is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and Family Mediator and offers his services throughout the States of Florida and Texas. Mr. Miller also offers Spanish-language mediation services and has significant experience conducting mediations remotely, via Zoom.
